I’ve been researching the web (ever fearful that NSA, et al. will either fry it or read it). So far, so good. It looks like my email is working. Anyway, I have all my research backed up so many ways that anything happening to my computer or its owner will do nothing to impede my work. I can’t say it enough: Being out front in the Infowar has given me a profile that makes me hard to hit now – or so I hope.
I’m interested in seeing where our Burger King research takes us and (as in all things) hope to be wrong in my inferences. Having drawn into so many by now, I’m bound to be proven wrong at some point. Maybe this will be an instance.
I agree with you that Frank is probably just covering his ass because Jeff Cohen is a Hearst Corporation hatchet man and toady, but I’m not forgiving him. I’ve lost too many jobs for doing the right thing, and you know it. Cowardice is the hardest sin to forgive when you’re in a war, Brother King, and I told Frank, David, Jeff and the news desk that their unwillingness to do their duty as Americans was putting me in the same danger as David Kelly. Hell, when I started the whole farce of trying to get him to carry the Private Jessica hoax piece, I even told him I’d checked into a psyche hospital for cover. What was he thinking by holding back on me, not even taking a scrap of the truth and putting it as a letter into Viewpoints? He was thinking that he wasn’t going to lift a finger to save my life if it was going to inconvenience his position. What profits a man?
